A style in which hair is cut and arranged. A hairstyle that complements them is fashionable, and that they are happy with. In the United States alone, the salon industry is a $45 billion industry. For the majority of us, having our 4-6 weekly cuts and colors in medium priced salons, the annual salon bill is somewhere between $750 and $2000.
Despite the importance of hairstyles in aiding in the external definition of ourselves, an alarming number of people report having hairstyles they are less than happy with.
If you think you would like a 'short' style', you should bracket and also look at all of the 'very short' and 'medium' styles as the differences are at times slight. Most women finally hack their hair off the same day they file for divorce. Interesting side note don't you think. Long hair is fine and can even look beautiful, just make sure you keep it long for the right reasons and that it makes you look great.
The good news is that there are some steps you can take to make sure that your next hairstyle leaves you feeling more fabulous than freakish. The overwhelming factor you need to consider though is whether a style will suit your face shape.
Hair No More works equally well on men and women; it is safe for use anywhere on the body and it only requires one simple application. It will be absorbed quickly and removed instantaneously. It is backed by our 100% money back guarantee.
What category?
What one person perceives as 'short' varies greatly with another person. Our breakdown is as follow.
Very Short: The weight line of the hair is at or above the ear line.
Short: The cut line is between the ear and the jaw line.
Medium: The weight line is between the jaw and the shoulder.
Long: Below the shoulder.
Funcky: All sizes, shapes and lengths, ranging from the chic to the crazy.
Face Matching: The mathematical rules for selecting a style to match your face are complicated.
Length: Far too many women wear long hair far too late in life. It makes them look older, not younger.
Color: Color should be compatible with your skin tone, and accent your eyes. If there is a red tint to your skin, red hair will not be flattering and does not work well with brown eyes either.
How much time do you have to spend on your hair on a daily basis?
Be honest about this one! There is no point having a stylist give you a hair cut that requires you to spend 45 minutes each morning achieving the desired look if you do not have the time. This question boils down to your lifestyle and you need to consider it carefully before choosing a hairstyle.
How much money do you wish to spend maintaining your hairstyle?
Some high maintenance hairstyles will not only require you to spend large amounts of time styling your own hair, they may also require frequent salon visits. Before you decide on a certain hairstyle, you should calculate the cost of maintaining that style and check whether you can sustain that expenditure.
Effective Hairstyle & care routines for naturally beautiful hair

Importance of health in life
Preventive care is a valuable tool in maintaining good health. By having regular medical check-ups we can often detect problems and take care of them before they become serious enough to be life-threatening.
Extent of continuing physical, emotional, mental, and social ability to cope with one's environment. Good health is harder to define than bad health because it must convey a more positive concept than mere absence of disease, and there is a variable area between health and disease. A person may be in good physical condition but have a cold or be mentally ill. Someone may appear healthy but have a serious condition that is detectable only by physical examination or diagnostic tests or not even by these.
Exercise
Physical exercise is the performance of some activity in order to develop or maintain physical fitness and overall health. It is often directed toward also honing athletic ability or skill. Frequent and regular physical exercise is an important component in the prevention of some of the diseases of affluence such as cancer, heart disease, cardiovascular disease, Type 2 diabetes and obesity.
Exercises are generally grouped into three types depending on the overall effect they have on the human body:
Flexibility exercises such as stretching improve the range of motion of muscles and joints.
Aerobic exercises such as walking and running focus on increasing cardiovascular endurance.
Anaerobic exercises such as weight training or sprinting increase short-term muscle strength.
Proper rest and recovery is also as important to health as exercise, otherwise the body exists in a permanently injured state and will not improve or adapt adequately to the exercise.
Health care
Health care or healthcare is the prevention, treatment, and management of illness and the preservation of mental and physical well-being through the services offered by the medical, nursing, and allied health professions. The organized provision of such services may constitute a health care system. This can include a specific governmental organisation. The National Health Service or a cooperation across the National Health Service and Social Services as in Shared Care. Before the term "healthcare" became popular, English-speakers referred to medicine or to the health sector and spoke of the treatment and prevention of illness and disease
Health profession
A health profession is a profession in which a person exercises skill or judgment or provides a service related to:
the preservation or improvement of the health of individuals, or
the treatment or care of individuals who are injured, sick, disabled, or infirm
The delivery of modern health care depends on an expanding group of highly trained professionals coming together as an interdisciplinary team. Individuals are called health professionals if they participate in delivery of health care in some way. Thus, it is a rather broad term.
Eating
In general terms, eating is the process of consuming something edible, i.e. food, for the purpose of providing for the nutritional needs of an animal, particularly their energy requirements. All animals must eat other organisms in order to survive: carnivores eat other animals, herbivores eat plants, and omnivores consume a mixture of both.

How give the baby a balancing exercise?
"Low carb," "fat free," "high protein"--phrases like these cloak all types of food product packaging. Today's society is so concerned with what's fueling people's bodies that they forget about the other part of the equation--burning that fuel. Does this sound familiar? No matter how many fat-free, low-calorie, sugar-substitute laden treats you consume, the results never seem to add up. Maybe you haven't balanced your calories properly."Calories are the fuel we need to perform," Maj. Maureen Harback said. As the deputy chief of Air Force Health Promotion Operations, she uses a simple analogy to explain the importance of calories to the human body.If you start treating your health as an investment, though; you could find that exercise is a terrific retirement strategy worth its weight in gold. Jumping Beans offers a fun physical skills program for children ages 0 to 8 years in a safe, fun and friendly environment.
From 0 to 8 years your child's brain is undergoing RAPID GROWTH. Eighty per cent of your child's ability to learn is developed during this sensitive period. It is vital that parents provide appropriate and adequate sensory-motor learning.
Physical activity:
Any movement of the body produced by skeletal muscles and resulting in energy expenditure.
Exercise:
A physical activity that is structured planned and is done at a certain intensity level, frequency and duration. Physical activity suggests doing something fun that involves moving. Exercise implies doing something you don't like because it's good for you. If you hate to exercise, think physical activity, and remember, if it's not fun, it's not done.
Will crunches help me lose the fat around my stomach?
You cannot spot reduce fat, except by liposuction! Crunches will tone your abdominal muscles, but you will have the same layer of fat sitting on top of these muscles unless you create a calorie deficit by burning more calories than you consume. Don't look for quick fixes--as we all know, if it sounds to good too be true.
The Benefits of Fitness Walking
Fitness walking gives people purpose to get out and do something, says Cottrill. It improves their health, it improves their blood pressure, they can lose weight, and it just keeps them flexible.
Baby Beans:
Classes for infants from 6 weeks: Learn how to encourage your baby's natural development stages (e.g. "tummy time" and postural control enables your baby to crawl and sit) in a safe and friendly environment. Meet other parents. Join in the fun and learning.
Gym Beans:
Classes for approximately 36 months up: Assist with your pre-schooler's agility, gymnastic skills and fitness. Learn to develop your child's social skills - vital for emotional intelligence, confidence and self-esteem.
What Parent says?
My baby is holding up his head more and enjoying being on his tummy for much longer since joining Baby Beans." Thank you, Jumping Beans, for your informative and thoroughly enjoyable program. I am learning so much about how I can encourage and support my child's physical development and learning. Every parent should have access to this invaluable information.
The Baby Exercise Routine
1) Get a long pillowcase. Buy twenty five pounds of stuffing - buckwheat, couscous, flour, it doesn't matter what as long as it's the right weight.2) Fill the pillowcase with your stuffing. Sew it shut; making sure that the stuffing is equally distributed, more or less. If one end is heavier than the other, label it "head." Label the other side "feet."
Exercise:
Which you should do only after talking with your healthcare provider—can help you maintain your overall health and fitness and increase your feeling of well-being. Regular, moderate exercise can help you manage the physical discomforts sometimes associated with pregnancy and help you recover from pregnancy weight gain. Exercise may also help you manage the labor process and help reduce the stress of delivery for you and your baby.

VIAGRA FOR WOMEN
Viagra is the famous sex-boosting drug. It is designed to increase blood flow to the genitals.Thousands of women with sexual problems are also taking the little blue pill. Viagra was approved for use in 1998 and was a breakthrough in the treatment of this disorder in allowing men/women to enjoy normal sexual relations, even though they were suffering from impotence.
Viagra for Women
Viagra may not only be for men. Women who suffer from sexual dysfunction can also benefit from the anti-impotence pill, according to a preliminary study.
From the beginning, Pfizer, which manufactures Viagra, focused on male consumers after male test subjects taking the little blue pill for angina reported an odd side effect -- improved erections. However, Viagra increases blood flow not only to the penis, but also to the clitoris. So why does Pfizer target only men? "It was quite obvious that [treating men] was the first direction to go," says Maryann Caprino, a spokeswoman for Pfizer. "Female sexual dysfunction is far more difficult to measure and far less understood."
Why Viagra?
Viagra may boost sex lives of diabetic women. Diabetes with sexual dysfunction may find that Viagra (sildenafil) improves arousal, orgasm and sexual enjoyment and decreases pain during intercourse, results of a small study suggest. Diabetic women may experience sexual dysfunction due to vaginal dryness, discomfort, and other factors, Dr Salvatore Caruso and associates, from the University of Catania in Italy, note in their paper, published in the medical journal Fertility and Sterility. Some of Viagra's physiologic effects, which are beneficial in men, may also be helpful for women.
Why Not Viagra?
Viagra works well for many men who suffer with impotence or erectile dysfunction because it's considered a physical — rather than an emotional — problem. That's not to say that Viagra can't "restore function" for women, says Dr. Myron Murdoch, clinical instructor of urology at George Washington Medical School. It can, but it's not for all women.
While Viagra-like drugs may help the 20 percent of women reported to have difficulties with lubrication (blood flow to the female genitals increase lubrication), it's unknown to what degree such drugs would help the 43 percent of women with sexual dysfunction who either say they're uninterested in sex or that sex provides little pleasure.
Directions
Follow the directions for using this medicine provided by your doctor. Take this Medicine about 1 hour before sexual activity, although it may be taken from 30 minutes to 4 hours before sexual activity. Store this medicine at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 and 30 degrees C) in a tightly-closed container, away from heat and light.
Caution
• If you take any medicines that have nitrates in them (like nitroglycerin for chest pain) every day or even once in a while—you should NOT take VIAGRA.
• Discuss your general health status with your doctor to ensure that you are healthy enough to engage in sexual activity. If you experience chest pain, nausea, or any other discomforts during sex, seek immediate medical help.
• The most common side effects of VIAGRA are headache, facial flushing, and upset stomach. Less commonly, bluish vision, blurred vision, or sensitivity to light may briefly occur.
• If you are older than age 65, or have serious liver or kidney problems, your doctor may start you at the lowest dose (25 mg) of VIAGRA. If you are taking protease inhibitors, such as for the treatment of HIV, your doctor may recommend a 25-mg dose and may limit you to a maximum single dose of 25 mg of VIAGRA in a 48-hour period.

What is Plastic Surgery?
Plastic surgery concerned with the repair, restoration, or improvement of lost, injured, defective, or misshapen body parts.
Plastic surgery is a general term for operative manual and instrumental treatment which is performed for functional or aesthetic reasons. The word "plastic" derives from the Greek
plastikos meaning to mould or to shape; its use here is not connected with modern plastics.
APPROPRIATE CANDIDATES FOR PLASTIC SURGERY
There are two categories of patients who are good candidates for surgery:
• The first includes patients with a strong self-image, who are bothered by a physical characteristic that they'd like to improve or change. After surgery, these patients feel good about the results and maintain a positive image about themselves.
• The second category includes patients who have a physical defect or cosmetic flaw that has diminished their self-esteem over time. These patients may adjust rather slowly after surgery, as rebuilding confidence takes time. However, as they adjust, these patients' self-image is strengthened, sometimes dramatically.
INAPPROPRIATE CANDIDATES FOR PLASTIC SURGERY
• Patients in crisis, such as those who are going through divorce, the death of a spouse, or the loss of a job. These patients may be seeking to achieve goals that cannot be obtained through an appearance change-goals that relate to overcoming crisis through an unrelated change in appearance is not the solution.
• Patients with unrealistic expectations, such as those who insist on having a celebrity's nose, with the hope that they may acquire a celebrity lifestyle.
• Patients who are obsessed with a very minor defect, and may believe that once their defect is fixed, life will be perfect. Born perfectionists may be suitable candidates for surgery, as long as they are realistic enough to understand that surgical results may not precisely match their goals.
• Patients who have a mental illness, and exhibit delusional or paranoid behavior, may also be poor candidates for surgery.

What is Bird flu?
Bird Flu Information
Bird flu is an infection caused by avian (bird) influenza (flu) viruses. These flu viruses occur naturally among birds. Wild birds worldwide carry the viruses in their intestines, but usually do not get sick from them. However, bird flu is very contagious among birds and can make some domesticated birds, including Chickens, ducks, and turkeys, very sick and kill them. Bird flu viruses do not usually infect humans, but several cases of human infection with bird flu viruses have occurred since 1997.Avian influenza or 'bird flu' is a highly contagious disease of birds, caused by influenza viruses. In birds, the viruses can present with a range of symptoms from mild illness and low mortality to a highly contagious disease with a near 100% fatality rate. The bird flu virus currently affecting poultry and some people in Asia and other areas is the highly pathogenic H5N1 strain of the virus. As the virus can remain viable in contaminated droppings for long periods, it can be spread among birds, and from birds to other animals, through ingestion or inhalation.
There are many different subtypes of influenza a virus. The most virulent are called highly pathogenic avian influenza and can reach epidemic levels among birds. Of these, subtype H5, and more particularly subtype H5N1 currently, pose the greatest concern for human health. Two other subtypes - H9 and H7 - have caused illness in people but neither has caused outbreaks in poultry as severe as H5N1-related ones. The H5N1 virus does not usually infect humans. In 1997, however, the first case of spread from a bird to a human was seen during an outbreak of bird flu in poultry in Hong Kong. There have been other cases of H5N1 infection among humans. Most recently, human cases of H5N1 infection have occurred in Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia during large H5N1 outbreaks in poultry. The death rate for these reported cases has been about 50 percent. Most of these cases occurred from contact with infected poultry or contaminated surfaces; however, it is thought that a few cases of human-to-human spread of H5N1 have occurred.
Infection
The causative agent is the avian influenza (AI) virus. AI viruses all belong to the influenza virus a genus of the Orthomyxoviridae family and are negative-stranded, segmented RNA viruses Avian influenza spreads in the air and in manure. Wild fowl often act as resistant carriers, spreading it to more susceptible domestic stocks. It can also be transmitted by contaminated feed, water, equipment and clothing; however, there is no evidence that the virus can survive in well cooked meat. The incubation period is 3 to 5 days. Symptoms in animals vary, but virulent strains can cause death within a few days.

Causes of Hair Loss
It is normal to lose between 50-100 hairs a day; this is part of the hair renewal process. However most people suffer from excessive hair loss at one time in their life. There are many reasons for this including medication, radiation, chemotherapy, exposure to chemicals, hormonal and nutritional factors, thyroid disease, generalized or local skin disease, and stress.
Many of these causes are temporary and a few are permanent. These are some of the more common reason for hair loss.
• Hormonal problems may cause hair loss. If your thyroid gland is overactive or under active, your hair may fall out. This hair loss usually can be helped by treatment of the thyroid disease. Hair loss may occur if male or female hormones, known as androgens and estrogens, are out of balance. Correcting the hormone imbalance may stop your hair loss.
• Some women experience hair loss about three months after giving birth. This is because while pregnant, their hormonal levels increase and cause hair to keep growing beyond its normal life span. After giving birth, their hormonal levels drop back to normal, thus making the hair fall out and causing the normal hair growth cycle to start over again.
• Some medicines can cause hair loss. This type of hair loss improves when you stop taking the medicine. Medicines that can cause hair loss include blood thinners, medicines used for gout, medicines used in chemotherapy to treat cancer, vitamin A (if too much is taken), birth control pills and antidepressants.
• Male Pattern Baldness is by far the most common form of hair loss in men. This form of hair loss usually starts with a receding hairline with the hair at the temple. This hair gradually recedes to form an "M" pattern. Then, the hair on the crown of your head begins to thin and eventually this bald spot will meet with the top points of the "M" pattern of receding hair line. Over time, the only remaining hair is the horse-shoe pattern around the sides of the head.
• Female Pattern Baldness is the most common form of hair loss in women. Although some women have receding hairlines, Female Pattern Baldness usually takes the form of overall thinning. Typically, hair density or the number of follicles per square inch of scalp drops by half or more over a period of several years.
• Some children and less often adults play with their hair by pulling on it or twisting it. This can be part of a behavioral problem or a bad habit that is often done unconsciously. If the behavior is not stopped permanent hair loss can result from the constant stress on the hair. Its best to seek the help of a mental health professional to solve this problem.
• Hair loss is a common and unfortunate side effect of chemotherapy(Cancer Treatment). Hair loss after chemotherapy can cause hair loss on many different areas of the body, including the scalp, the face, the underarms, and the pubic area. Hair loss after chemotherapy occurs over a period of days or weeks and can result in either thinning and slight hair loss or complete loss of hair. Hair loss after chemotherapy is temporary, and growth of new hair usually occurs six to eight weeks after treatment.
• Many black women and some black men braid their hair or wear hair weaves. Under normal conditions these cause no problems. However if the weave is attached too tight or the braids are wrapped too tight, they put a constant strain on the hair follicle. If this is done for an extended period of time permanent hair loss can result.
• Certain infections can cause hair loss. Fungal infections of the scalp can cause hair loss in children. The infection is easily treated with antifungal medicines.
• Finally, hair loss may occur as part of an underlying disease, such as lupus or diabetes. Since hair loss may be an early sign of a disease, it is important to find the cause so that it can be treated.
